One shoulder, and then the cloth opens at the ribcage in a single curved cutout before closing again at the waist. Below that it breaks into fine knife pleats that fall on a long diagonal, short at one hip and grazing the ankle at the other. Knitted and pleated rather than cut and sewn, which is why it holds the body the way it does.
