The same moire print as the wrap top, run down a wide leg. Fuchsia, orange and black break against each other in soft-edged blocks, with small blue spirals surfacing where the pattern thins and the watered grain of the cloth pulling the whole thing slightly out of register. Elastic waist, drawstring left long, no closure to fight with. Buy the top with them if you want the full noise, or let a plain black tank take the volume down.
